When I started this blog, I thought blogging would be fun. Boy was I right. I sometimes would post two or three times a day. Then, I decided to cut down to once a day. More comments that way. Slowly, it has dwindled. I struggle for lack of what to write. Some things are personal. I try not to post too much about family. Sometimes that really limits my blogging fodder, let me tell you. (Okay, my mom is totally going to ask about that one now.) Obviously, with blogging, you develop an audience. I know my lack of posting here has made me lose some of my audience. In addition, I haven't really been reading other blogs either.
Lately, I have been thinking of going a new direction. I am at the wooden sign posts, and there are too many directions to go. Should I try to write funny? Be more serious? Make up stuff? Should I combine my weight loss efforts back into this blog, instead of having it on it's own? Should I just post a picture now and then, since my photo blog has been sorely neglected? Should I even think about doing a domain if blogging is petering out for me? Maybe I should bow out now?
Still, after two weeks of practically not blogging, I have no answers. I know I like to write. If I did bow out, I probably would come back now and again, just because something interesting might have happened. Perhaps a fresh start would help.
Maybe when I wake up tomorrow, the answer will be there.
